Dustin was amazing! I needed new tires and was able to purchase three, get one free. Dustin was so easy to work with. He explained everything that was going to be done, as well as confirming with me if an alignment would be required (it was, and he did!). I trust Dustin. I trust his judgment. I trust his word. To me, that's the most important thing I could say about a service manager - that he/she is trustworthy.
