This was an exceptional car buying experience. Jordan is a seasoned professional who is customer-oriented, knowledgeable and efficient, The trade-in of my old car, test drive, getting a rate from the finance company, and explanation of the controls, was all comfortably accommodated in just over 2 hours. The finance manager, Jeff, had integrity, not plying services we don't need. I highly recommend this dealership.

They were honest and straight forward from beginning to end. No games, no half-truths, no silliness. D’Shon noticed an issue with our paperwork that was in the dealer’s favor and corrected it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted, not rushed or intimidated, told who we’re having appointment , Jake, promptly arrived, cordial, friendly, informative. Genuine guy no high pressure sales phony pitch. Jake walked us through, process after I did a test drive. Processing of papers was painless.
