Had routine service. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and Amanda checked me in within 5 minutes. Dealership is undergoing extensive renovation so temporarily using employee break room as waiting room. Wait was comfortable. Service finished 30 minutes sooner than estimate and I was on my way. Friendly people, great service.

Initially we had an appointment for scheduled service, software update on the AC, and check the front end. Do to miscommunication and conflict in our schedules, we had to make another appointment to complete the job. Mark Castleman when out of his way to accommodate us and hooked us up. Never thought I'd buy a Hyundai. Traded in my 2016 VW Tiguan SEL and drove out with my brand new 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT! Best dealership experience ever. Didn't get that hungry shark vibe at all.
