Any dealership can sell cars. However, service is the mark of a well run business. The service Dept at LHM Hyundai is superb. We own our 3rd Genesis purchased there and a Kona purchased with a granddaughter All Genesis were purchased at LHM and the service has been excellent. The Kona on the other hand came from a different dealership and for 2 years we fought to get things done, even discussing w/the service manager, and some were never taken care of yet the charges were over the top for work not completed. The service appointment for my Hyundai Tucson was well accepted promptly on time and the check in process was quick. The service updates were available and the response were without any delay.
Service writer was great! Ashlee I think. I told her my phone went right to voicemail on Fridays so when my car was ready, she just sent me a text instead which was perfect. It was there to get a software update, and they were able to fit me in for an oil change as well.
I had a wonderful experience. There was not a long wait. Mark Castleman is the greatest. I always feel that he has my best interest in mind for services.
