Although they are a busy dealership I have always found all the employers to be friendly and helpful. My service advisor Melissa Sutton is definitely a 5 star experience!!

This was my cars first sevice and the experience exceeded my expectations. When I arrived there were lines on the service drive. I parked my car and walked up to the service desk, Kevin was busy with a client, I made contact with one of the service advisors in the office and the sent me to Kevin. He greeted me and took the information, contacted a driver to take me home and they arrived within minutes. my car was ready within 2.5 hours and a driver was sent to pick me up. They didn’t wash the bugs off my car before applying Century coating. Their extra attention to detail is not what it was prior to Covid.

I had to leave my car for 48 hours just for a diagnostic check, with no transportation options. I did not hear from them until about 45 minutes from the full 48 hours. The service writer and technician could not duplicate the issue. I ran down right away and had the Service writer ride with me and we heard it then. We thought we got to the bottom of the issue but it is still there. Everyone was nice and helpful but I still have the issue I dropped the car for, that's the reason for 4 stars.
