If you're like me, I judge my belief & comfortability of vehicle purchases based on dealership service centers. I don't know about all of you, but I've had such fantastic experiences with Ashley Ray from LHM Hyundai in Peoria that I feel it deserves recognition. And I'm not an easy person to deal with... I demand personal attention to get things done in priority as I'm always on the go and have little time for car dealerships with less than par service. Finally was able to complete my last recall item, which took a while due to part shortages. Also, was able to get my broken door guard fixed as well. My service advisor was Austin and was great to work with. Unlike Alexandria, who was hard to get a hold of and would never return calls. I do think that also could have been a reason why my recall part took so long to arrive
The advisor was pleasant to work with. He called Lyft for me and I was updated on progress on my vehicle. Car was ready when they said it would be. Great experience!
