Dustin (my service advisor) was professional, courteous and pleasant. A rare find in customer service these days. It was ok. The wait was long even with an appointment but they had snacks and drinks. The chairs weren’t that comfortable but at least there was a place to sit. Staff was nice. No major complaints. It’s nice you can track your cars progress and they do wash your car.

Since moving from Washington state I have taken my car to Larry Miller...The service at the service dept. has always been good...I either wait there or have a friend drop me off...the work is done in timely fashion and I am treated very well by the service rep. Mark Castleman. Everyone there is nice and friendly.
Needed a new battery in our 2022 Palisade due to the excees heat this summer. Desiree got our car in the same day!!! Dustin was our service advisor and was a true professional 👏. I will be using this dealership for all our service needs. Great job Hyundai of Peoria!!! Side note: Avondale Hydudai where we bought the car wouldn't service the car until September 19th.....really.....and Surprise Hyundai didnt even return my call...come on. So if your reading this review...take your Hyundai to Peoria Hyundai you will be happy!!!
I had an appointment at 7 A. M. for recall work to be done on my Palisade. My service agent is Ashleigh Ray, as usual. It turned out that it enough miles on it to justify an oil change, I agreed and approved the oil change, they took the vehicle in and my wife and I decided to wait for a while before we head out for breakfast somewhere near. Ashleigh kept me informed at every step and arranged a Lyft ride very quickly at the start and end of the process. A hassle free car servicing is about as good as it gets.
