I've been coming to this dealership for quite a few years and am always happy with the service and the advisors I have had over the years. Everyone is always friendly and ready to please. A special shout out to Mark my service advisor who handled my current service visit.

Dirk moved to Florida to be close to his family. We only went to Dirk when our Tucson's needed servicing. We became family... It was time for my Tucson to be serviced and Mark did an "Outstanding" job!!! We will be calling him from now on. Thank you very much Mark.

Great service. The dealership is being remodeled. So you had to sit outside in the covered service area or wait in the employee lounge. I choose the lounge. Maybe remodeling in the summer months wasn't the greatest plan, especially here in AZ. As always my service guy, Dustin was wonderful.

I have a 2021 Santa Fe which I really love and since it is so new I don't need much service. I had a few issues that needed addressing and brought it in and decided I would wait. My new service representative, Ana, was very thorough and made my wait very comfortable. All issues were addressed and two had immediate results. I will have to drive for a while to see if the other issues were resolved. I am confident they will be and was told to come right back in if I had any other problems. All in all a great experience.

It was ok coz I had to leave the dealership to wait for several hours as I was told that the repair would take all day but it didn’t, Mark called me back after about 3 hours and said the car was ready, so that wasn’t too long of a wait, thank you Larry Miller for fixing the recall! Your service is always reliable.
