I really needed an oil change and LHM was very flexible to get me in. I always appreciate the help Dirk and Larry H Miller give me.

I brought my car in a month earlier than scheduled for my “free oil change and tire rotation,” I had driven my Tucson to Texas and back, so I had put on more miles sooner than expected. My advisor, Amanda wasn’t sure if I would be able to get my free oil change since it was before my 7500 miles. But she submitted it & it was approved- I am thankful for that. She is super nice. The fans outside in the temporary waiting area makes it tolerable during Hyundai’s remodeling. Overall score 110%. Thanks for being friendly and helpf... read more

Have to say that a business should be rated on followup. Rately does this happen. Businesses usually only care about the primary sale... but good businesses follow up on how a customer feels about their purchase or service. Sincerely, you have that in onecperson... Ashley in Service. Hands down, the person who whole-heartedly cares about her job, the her customers and the future of the bsibess she works for.
