When I returned the service was complete, the follow up corrected the repair issue and the car was washed. Awesome old school customer service by somebody who cares! Thank you John Keley

"Dirk, our service rep, was efficient, friendly and..." Dirk, our service rep, was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Dirk scheduled an appointment for service in a reasonable timeframe. We were able to have our vehicle serviced for the 40k check-up, a gasket replaced and a recall item replaced in less that a couple hours. He explained the bumper to bumper maintenance check and we were in our way.
