"I dropped my Veloster off for service with Ana and I..." I dropped my Veloster off for service with Ana and I asked her to follow up on a previous repair that had failed. When I returned the service was complete, the follow up corrected the repair issue and the car was washed. Awesome old school customer service by somebody who cares! Thank you John Keley

Your attention to detail in fixing the problem has made my household a lot quieter (i.e., the alarm in my Santa Fe no longer goes off when using the key fob to lock the doors)! "Dirk, our service rep, was efficient, friendly and..." Dirk, our service rep, was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Dirk scheduled an appointment for service in a reasonable timeframe. We were able to have our vehicle serviced for the 40k check-up, a gasket replaced and a recall item replaced in less that a couple hours. He explained the bumper to bumper maintenance check and we were in our way.

I had my AC go out in the middle of the Arizona summer, and I could not get my vehicle in to any dealers near me for several weeks.
