Larry is wonderful to work with. There was quite a bit of confusion with the team he is working with. I would suggest more communication throughout the process to ensure everyone is on the same page. As well as offer to walk through the documents before they are sent via email or maybe a list of what to expect will be headed tour way and a timeline of completion. Overall Larry is very personable and easy to contact which was a huge plus.
