Larry worked with us to get us the most competitive rates possible. After working with a few other agencies with negative results, we were very discouraged before Larry looked into our situation . He was very straightforward and practical in conveying our loan options. In the end, Larry was able to work us into a most competitive mortgage. Larry and his team are highly recommended!

The whole process seemed very rushed with limited attention. I felt like I was "one of many" needing attention and the workload was spread way too thin. The closing date was 2 weeks past what was originally estimated with no reasons for why. Documents were sent late at night via email with no notification. Documents were not explained and gone through over the phone to answer questions or clarify prior to closing. The title company did not get documents in a timely fashion to issue check.

As a first-time buyer, the process was very overwhelming to me. I felt as if it could have gone a lot smoother with better communication, especially towards the end. I felt as if there were so many things that were last minute and added addittional stress to the process. In the end, it turned out fine, but I felt as if it could have been smoother.

He did not communicate with us at all. He took my wife's name off the loan application without speaking to us, and when questioned about it he stated he knew what was best. Regardless of if we would have come to the same decision he made it for us. It wasn't his decision to make.

There were many moments when I felt direspected. There were multiple times when I had simple questions in which I received an answer with attitude. I also understand that the seller wanted to close sooner and it would have been possible but instead we waited 2 extra days which was also an inconvience for me as I informed Larry that I was going out of town

I felt the communication and explanation throughout the mortgage process could have been better as a first time home buyer. Response time was also lacking. I wish the home buying course was provided/recommended early on in the process - there is a lot of helpful info in there but by the time I took it, it was too late.
