Working with Lars was a great experience. We interviewed three of the top firms in San Diego but we were the most comfortable with the people and the process of Lars. I would like to share a customer satisfaction issue that met every expectation…it was perfect. We had Lars provide an extensive remodel circa 2010. We have been very happy with the end product since. Earlier this week, our water heater failed. While troubleshooting with assistance from the heater manufacturer tech support, it came to light that a modification to the venting method done as part of the remodel to vent horizontally out the side of the house with an external exhaust fan is not safe and could no be supported. She is extremely attentive to detail, she listened to every item we discussed from the very beginning and brought creative solutions to our project every step of the way. The first presentation we reviewed was literally our dream house! I would recommend working with her to anyone. Whole house remodel - kitchen, 3 baths, family, living & dining, load bearing wall removal between kitchen & dining, new windows, re-stucco. Had some more rework than expected, but Lars is fully committed to doing things to the customers' satisfaction. Very happy with the end result.
