We recently completely our home renovation project with LARS. Remodeling a home can be as very stressful experience (and it was). Full house remodel design and build including 3 baths, kitchen, family room, dining room, window replacement, exterior re-stucco. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Had more rework than expected which was all fixed to our satisfaction, but it added significantly to schedule (moved back in 7 months after start, but some new countertop replacement led to final completion at 12 months). Very happy with final product.

We chose Lars to do our total house remodel in 2008 from seeing their ad on television. We also interviewed two other similar firms but we chose Lars because they understood and worked with our "vision" for our home. Their design team was outstanding and made things "work" that we didn't think were possible! They really helped us to get as close as possible to our dream home within the existing physical limitations. We recently went through an extensive renovation of our home which entailed moving our kitchen to a different location, expanding a bedroom, remodeling two bathrooms, adding a bedroom and an office, and adding a den. My wife and I are remodeling our house and engaged Lars construction because we had heard very good things about the company. We were welcomed with a great deal of warmth by Jason Larson, the owner and his staff. We hired Lars to perform a major renovation on our house (additional square footage, new kitchen, new bathrooms). Lars was wonderful to work with. They have a great team that helped us figure out what we wanted and what worked/didn't work within our budget. Ultimately, they delivered a house that looks even better than we imagined. The few minor hiccups that happened during the project we taken care of by Lars, no questions asked. After 4 years we are still in love with our remodeled kitchen - and everything else around the house. We were hoping to be able to afford a really great kitchen remodel - with a laundry room...and in a few years do more of the house. Jason Larson with Lars Remodeling is the best! We used them 16 years ago in 1999 to do a remodel of our house and they were fantastic. The house was built in 1951, but he was able to design the addition in such a a way that is is hard to tell where the old house ends and the addition begins. But the real reason Jason has been so successful, (you have probably seen his ads on TV ) is Jason's integrity and willingness to stand behind the work of his crew and subcontractors.
