Nick was very good and helpful. I have to admit he, like all your salespeople do try to approach way too soon. I know they want to get a sale but let the customer LOOK around first; and if interested will APPROACH the salesperson. That is my only grievance. If it was possible to give this store a minus 5 star, I would. Worst customer service!!!! I went into the store and bought 10,000.00 dollars worth of furniture in April this year. I was told the total order would be 6-8 weeks max and all my items would be in. It’s now mid July and I still do not have all my items. This has been a very bad experience with this particular store in London, ON We ordered 6 appliances in April 2021 with full payment at the time of order. I never got a call from them that the appliances are back ordered (not even at the time of order was I told). I had to make at least 20-30 calls to get my appliances, that too 1 at a time but till date (10 months) we haven't received the remaining 2 appliances. People run away from this store. I purchased twice the furniture from them and twice the demages. The first time one sofa from two came with legs out of the sofa's frame and three weeks ago I purchased in store a bed set and came with a broken dresser, stained and missing legs from the dresser, Plus they send a floor model set with scratches. Worst company to deal with. I ordered sofa in December and got delivered to me in Feb.mechanism is broken for one of the sofa. Technician came in March and ordered new mechanism. Its been over 3 months now mechanism is yet bot delivered .I am dealing with manufacturers (Kanika) and from past Month she is saying me the same answer again and again that still following up with delivery. Dont know the delivery status. Never ever buy anything from this company.

Bought a brand new stove June 26 and doesn't work from day 1 out of box. Phoned up Badboy and they told us it's manufacturer warranty. It has nothing to do with them. It's like purchasing a brand new car, you get it home and it falls apart in your lane way... umm yeah something is wrong and you end up returning and exchanging for a new one. Horrible experience at bad boy looked for a stove in October every one I talked to about availability told me 6-8 week bad boy said 2-3 weeks confirmed this 3 times yes 2-3 week’s well December 17 got a broken stove delivered called bad boy referred me to fridgedaire warranty lol called them referred me to st Thomas appliance store told me would call by Tuesday so I phoned them myself was told they can not do the job too busy now really frustrated ps also delivery guy had not been shown how to wear his mask this just topped... read more

Just bought couch and loveseat , floor model, time will tell if that was a good choice. The delivery was a nightmare. Should have been the easiest delivery . Door opening 36 inch , then there in the living room. They just mussled the couch in damaging the door frame, left all the cardboard garbage on our porch , they had to be asked to help unwrap the 2 peices , with the response" you want to check it .,.. you bought the floor model ".
