Terrible experience. Purchased a television and was told that it will be in within 2 weeks. Called after 2 weeks and they pushed back the delivery date and blamed the supplier. Called after another 2 weeks had passed and they once again pushed back the delivery date and would not give me a solid answer as to when it would be coming in. I was told that a manager would call me back and this never happened. When I called and spoke to the manager, he was rude and combative and even asked me to define the word "estimate". Do not buy from bad boy. Buy from anywhere else. Seriously save yourself the aggravation. We ordered a washer and dryer at the beginning of August and were provided a delivery date at the end of August. Today we called to check in the status and were told they had just found out it was delayed until the end of October and were offered to come in and select a different one. If possible, I would give zero stars. They have had my money for over 2 months. My order was supposedly cancelled, yet they refuse to give my money back to me. As far as I am concerned, this is theft. I will continue to advise anyone I speak with not to shop at Lastman's.

Never shopping here again. I ordered a chair online in April, 3 weeks later I tried calling several times and was on hold for upwards of an hour and then transferred several times to different departments and eventually got disconnected. After 6 weeks of no contract from Badboys I went into the store to talk to someone. They were about as friendly as a kick in the face, and told me they're currently out of stock and on back order. So i’ve purchased two couches, one coffee table and two end tables on January 6. Few days later we got our couches but nothing for the tables and we were told that the order was backed up and we would receive our tables later on. So we got like 3 different deliveries after that with different parts for the tables but not all the parts so we couldnt even put it together.
