As a new client and former vet tech, I'm pretty anal about who I allow to treat my furbabies. I was very impressed and pleased thru the whole experience. They followed proper protocols when I brought in a possible contagious kitty. We highly recommend this place for pet boarding. Our dog, Ollie, stayed here for three days, and all the staff was super friendly. They even sent us pictures of Ollie, and we love that they offer a bathing option too.
I was so scared to leave my dog, I canceled but then went to check them out and the place was clean with a nice welcome

I Love and adore Chrissy and Doctor star they are so amazing . I am a big baby when it comes to my boys and I can be a pain in the butt with all my question concerns .but Chrissy always makes me feel so welcomed and loved and most of all understood I can't thank her an the staff enough for all they do . Totally recommend them
My sister in law recommended this place when we had an urgent visit. About a year later we had to put our 16 1/2 year old toy poodle down. All of the staff explained every step and were very patient and caring with us. We received a very nice card signed by the staff. It was so nice. Then about two weeks later we received another card saying there had been a donation to the Arbor Day foundation in her memory. As a tribute, a tree will be planted in Chippewa National Forest. The sweetest! They are great.
I had to bring in my 18 year old fur baby after finding her in extreme pain in the morning. This vet center took us in right away in our emergency, met us outside with a gurney to help bring her inside. We had to say our goodbyes to my precious Honey B, but I was very comforted there. The staff were amazing and feeling. Very empathetic. They gave us as much time as we needed with our fur baby. I hadn't been here before, but I'm glad I went here. I've had numerous dogs throughout my life & have had many experiences with different Vets, I have to say that Lathrop Vet is absolutely the best for care & compassion. I adopted an older dog from the Shelter & he had so many medical issues that I didn't think he was going to make it more then a few times, but with the excellent care from Dr. Marchiando he lived a loved & wonderful life his last years.
