I also do not write reviews. However in this day and age of big corporation takeovers, pushing out the little guy, I want to say "Hey" to the small business owner. Want to be treated like a person, not a number? Want to have your pet compassionately cared for? Want not to wait and wait and wait? Lathrop Veterinary Center. We have been going there for years and years. You should too. Service has been great since day ONE! If you love your pets this is the only place to go.
This is a wonderful Veterinary Center. They don't push things on you for your pet that is not needed. As others have done. They make me feel like they really know me and my pets. I have old dogs and cats, and I know when their time has come they will be treated with compassion and respect. Great Staff!
This is so long overdue.... our sweet Minnie went to kitty heaven with the help of this amazing staff. Such a hard choice to make and the team here comforted me and Minnie the entire time. About a week after Minnie was gone, they mailed me a thinking of You card and a week after that another one letting me know they had a tree planted in her memory. Love love love this vet! Brought our new puppy to them & couldn't be happier! All of the staff from the front desk to the doctor have been nothing but pleasant, informative, upfront & most of all, very loving to our dog. Our puppy has now received all of her shots & just recently was spayed & the care she received through it all was top notch! I can honestly say I "trust" them whole heartedly (and that's not easy to say). We highly highly recommend them!
I found my new vet! Dr. Hilbert is awesome...she took the the time to explain in detail my dogs xrays, that another vet did not....I feel confident in brining my pets here in the future.
Today we put our 14 year old lab, Rio to rest. Words can't describe how amazing and kind hearted Dr. Hilbert was to our family while going through this heartache. She gave us reassurance and showed true love for her job throughout the entire few hours that we were there. We also had awesome RVT's and front office staff that felt for us. I will never go anywhere else, thank you Dr. for your passionate work, it was recognized!
My English bulldog Gunter loves Dr. Hilbert! He's never liked a vet so much! She's caring and treats him like her own. I Love Lathrop Veterinary Center! The staff is great too! I take all my fur kids here! Highly recommended!!! I consider Dr. Hilbert the bulldog specialist of lathrop! #BullySwag
I love my Vet! Dr. Hilbert is an amazing doctor and she has taken very good care of my fur babies!! Dr. Hilbert goes the extra mile to make your pet and you feel comfortable. She explains everything in detail and if she doesn't have an answer to a problem, she won't stop until she figures it out! The technicians are always very helpful. It is easy to get appointments and the vet hospital is very clean! The doctor makes house calls and that is an added bonus!! If you have fur babies, bring them here!
The most Compassionate caring veterinarian office I've ever been in. They took my dog actually my mother's dog who I could not care for any longer. But she has a lot of life left in her. So I was able to sign her over and give her a forever home. I would highly recommend this veterinarian hospital.
