Where to begin? Your insistence on documents that don’t exist or that I had no way of getting? Being informed by you 3 days before closing that documents I provided weeks ago were unsatisfactory? Being shuttled between people without introduction? Receiving an unpleasant phone call from an unidentifed woman who blamed me for not providing a document I had indeed provided weeks ago? Not getting the final numbers to the title company until the day of the closing so we didn’t know what time it Is?

I was charged .902 points for refinance, and I was never told that points were being charged. I was charged $50.00 for PUD fees that doesn’t apply to my situation and brought it up at closing. I was told it would be refunded but a 2 weeks after closing I still haven’t received it. I was asking for cash out refinancing and at closing the totals were different (less).

Communication and assistance was great during pre-approval and early on in the closing period. Then the communication became automated, things were asked for that we had already submitted or that wasn't needed without much explanation of why they were required or how the process was going. The last few days of the closing period were a confusing mess, with late paperwork, a frustrated closing team, and a situation where we were not sure when we were going to actually close.
