Laura L. was very pleasant and helpful. We did find some of the other staff members curt, and often slow to provide information or instruction on this less than simple refi process. Even in the end we still had to call again and again to get our closing date, and our cash out. The cash out was almost a week late, and we had to call to receive the funds. So yes, maybe we recommend this company, with the concern that you have to keep calling them to get timely service.
