Better communication between the loan processor (Mrs. Curry) and the borrower. This was my first home buying experience and I had questions but could never reach the processor to get answers. I had to continually call the originator (Mrs. Leavines) Roget any answers. Mrs. Leavines was amazing. Very professional and helpful in every way.
