Amazing...Such a kind and knowledgeable doctor.
Dr. Jacobs is the most amazing doctor I have ever met. He takes the time to listen and understand your concerns before presenting all options and full ly explaining them. He is also very accessible by email and phone. The best thing about him is he treats you like a person and not just another patient. I wish he could be my doctor for all things! I cannot thank him enough or recommend him more.
After trying 3 other clinics, we finally found our home and success with Dr. Jacobs and Fertility Centers of Illinois. Dr. Jacobs explains everything in terms you can easily understand. He is very friendly and down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable and important. The entire staff at FCI in Crystal Lake is wonderful! Dr. Jacobs is very warm and compassionate. He truly cares about the outcome and will do what he can to ensure a successful outcome where possible. At first we were concerned b/c we did not see him on a regular basis however he is available in a multitude of ways and always responded to inquiries that were made. Our nurse Betsy has been great and a joy to work with and always answered our questions when asked.

I would recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone. He is genuine and caring. He really makes an uncomfortable situation comfortable from the beginning. The whole staff from the front office to labs to ultrasound to nurses are always friendly and caring.
Dr Jacobs is a great doctor. He has great knowledge of his field. What I like most about him is that he is always accessible. You can reach him anytime. I had a great experience with him.
Dr. Jacobs is amazing! Our situation was a little complicated and he went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step of the process clearly.
