Ours wasnt the easiest case, but Dr. Jacobs (and the entire staff) saw us through it with clear and forthright information and understanding... and we are thrilled with the outcome.
It was really easy to get in touch with doctor with any questions. He would respond to any emails wihin 24 hours and even on the weekends! He was also very patient and supportive.
Dr Jacobs has been great throughout the complete process. Always willing to answer a question at anytime when it was needed. Never wanted to give up and always strived to get it right. Dr Jacobs and staff are wonderful to work with.
