very communicative. Polite. Takes a lot of time to explain. Not in hurry at all. Listens. He is really accessible through emails.
Dr Jacobs was always thorough and reassuring answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed and he was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. We were always kept informed as well as given options and alternatives. The office staff is warm and friendly and add an additional human element to procedures that otherwise feel clinical-MH
