It was a very pleasant experience with Dr. Jacobs. This is our second time getting treatment options from him. He is always very thorough with his plan and always treats his patients with care and compassion.
I have been a patient of FCI since 2012 but started with Dr Feinberg, so when she left the practice and I decided to do another round of IVF I was nervous about choosing a new doctor. After reading reviews I chose Dr Jacobs and was very happy with him. He made me feel very comfortable and had the attitude 'if it ain't broke, do not fix it', meaning I had had 2 previous pregnancies with Dr Feinberg and we basically just followed her plan. I got pregnant my first round of IVF this time!
Dr. Jacobs helped us conceive 2 children. He is very dedicated to his profession. He is extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly he is genuine and caring. We are very grateful to have found Dr. Jacobs.
The doctor was great and talked us through everything. He was aware of our concerns and really took it into consideration when choosing a treatment plan.
Dr. Jacobs and his staff are extremely available, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Jacobs kindness and cutting edge knowledge together make him the best doctor. Him and his staff treat their patients like family. Dr. Jacobs and his staff were always available to address my concerns and anxiety during this difficult time. Also, Dr. Jacobs is one of the only doctors who does the ERA procedure, allowing A successful IVF treatment! I would absolutely reccome d Dr. Jacobs to family and friends!
Dr.Jacobs successfully helped us with our fertility issues twice. The only complaint is the closing of the office near us and the changing of the staff that Ihad become familiar with and felt more at ease.
Dr. Jacobs has been the best doctor I have ever seen. Empathetic, knowledgable and comforting. We are grateful to have him as our fertility specialist.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jacobs. We had a failed FET with a different doctor. Dr Jacobs actually took the time to try to understand why the FET failed (after a successful fresh transfer 3.5 years ago). He suggested the right tests, explained the benefits and the plan. Throughout the whole process we were part of the plan as opposed to being told what the plan was.
