Lauriane stepped in when my previous preapproved lender dropped the ball. I have absolutely nothing but praise to give to her and Beth for making what wasn't a possibility and reality and I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who may benefit.

The process was seamless. Easiest mortgage I’ve ever gotten. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. They guided me in every faze of my loan.
Everything went well and they appropriately consulted me regarding locking in a rate early. Had some confusion on putting the house in a trust, but at the end of the day, everything worked out fine. And they set me up with a good insurance firm that they work well with.

A day before closing, not an hour before closing, review all the documentation required including a copy of 2 forms of identification. Make sure that the e-signing option actually works, it didn’t work the morning of our closing causing angst on the part of the buyers.
