Cut back on paper. Signed documents twice on line then signed them all a second time at closing. I thought the only paper actually signed at closing was the notary. Now I have three when one used to be fine at closing and a lot less time. Jim Kathy

once contact is made have one person contact the client not multiple people, even though I know everybody is helping. But getting phone calls from multiple people gets confusing and frustrating because one person says we need one thing another person says we need something else.
