We would definitely recommend Laurie and Amanda for home buying or selling. Once our house sold, we were initially looking for a new home in the Doylestown area but ultimately left the area. Laurie offered helpful advice and guidance throughout the entire process of selling our home.

Yadi showed us many homes in Bucks County. Although we ultimately ended up moving out of state (which is why I couldn't review her for negotiation skills), Yadi was terrific to work with. In addition to her local knowledge, she also made it a point to understand us which helped to stay focused. She is professional and warm and made the process fun and engaging for us.

I have used Laurie Dau and team for selling our farm and recently our home. We worked with Laurie and Amanda and truthfully? I will never use anyone but them. Not only did they take the best pics to represent the staged houses but they offer suggestions and I suggest you take them. Yadi was very understanding and helped make the process of buying a home smooth. She answered any and all questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the unknown.
