I knew my husband and I found our broker the minute we met Laurie Dau. We had dealt with 2 other brokers prior to meeting her and I was simply blown away by her and her team. There is so much talk of discounted services and selling on your own. All I can say is; Don't be stupid! Laurie sold our house on day one of Pre-Sale. From the very start, Laurie and her team made us feel like family. It was evident that their main concern was our COMPLETE SATISFACTION, and not just getting a commission. They gave terrific advice and suggested a variety of strategies when it came to the buying and selling aspects of our homes. They were with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Lisa Meehan with Realty One Group Legacy-the Laurie Dau Team. Lisa was knowledgeable and professional as we began our search in Bucks County. She took the time to answer all our phone calls and emails as we were out of state and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process!

Lisa did a great job in guiding us first-time homebuyers through the sometimes very confusing process of buying a house. She was very patient with us but also always available when we needed her. She also helped us during the purchasing process by helping us with how we submit the offer, consulted us during the negotiations and also referred us to other companies (for the inspections, insurance, mortgage etc.) that she recommended. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience working with her.

Lisa was extremely helpful and responsive while we searched for a home. We switched gears a few times regarding what types of properties we wanted, and she was always patient, helpful and quick to send us listings she thought fit our wish list. We never reached the negotiation stage, so we can’t respond on that. We would recommend her services to family and friends.

Lisa is/was very easy to communicate with in every phase of the process.
