Amazing Living Experience I was very happy I found this complex as my new home. I've been living here for almost a year and I'm definitely planning on renewing my lease. The amenities are clean and organized, the hallways almost always smell good, 0 noise from neighbors or outside, even though we are in front of the airport I can't hear a thing! I'm so glad I found this place and I don't think I'll be going anywhere anytime soon.

Lugar estrategico para vivir cerca de todo elegi este lugar porque me parece un excelente lugar para vivir por la cercanía que se encuentra todo como por ejemplo el aeropuerto la playa mi trabajo lo uni malo del lugar me parece es lo estrecho de los parqueos en dos ocasiones raye mi auto por lo estrecho que es estacionarse

Happy so far I have lived at La Vida for 4-5 years and it has improved a lot.

Good value I’ve lived here since it was first built. In my opinion the property needs to focus on upkeep of the property. Carpets need to be cleaned and walls need touch up paint. I would also recommend that a security guard walk the property and perhaps the halls on occasion. There are still people smoking in and outside of the building. I like living here and want to continue to see it being maintained.
