Very happy with the service at Lavo Dental. Everyone is very nice and helpful. No complaints on the dental work I had, everything has been great.
Dr.Noveir and his male assistant are amazing , His hands are so soft that you don't feel nothing ( not even the anesthesia needle) . His kind , knowledgeable, trustworthy and listens to his patients. I'm in the dental field as well and love coming to him , I would definitely recommend him to my family & friends.
My previous review was for the business formerly as Northridge Dental with Dr. Shawn Matian who still has a business in Encino called Bio Dental. Northridge Dental then went under new ownership and is now Lavo Dental. I later found out that Dr. Matian's office carried out a claim that I received Invisalign which I never did. Fast forward months later and Dr. Matian's office were still billing my insurance for follow up visits after "receiving Invisalign". Absolutely love this office... my sister told me about them & I will definitely be back. Everyone is so nice and the office is very clean.. they were so professional and so gentle with me. For me to find this office was a true blessing! I have avoided the dentist office for many years due to a very strong gag reflex. I recently experienced two teeth causing me severe pain, one on each side of my mouth, to the point of preventing me from chewing food. This happened over the Labor Day weekend, but still had me calling around to try and get some emergency help. I called half a dozen offices, and Dr. Noveir was the only one that got back to me. Office is very modern and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Noveir showed me pictures of my teeth and explained everything to me clearly, not to mention he was super gentle when working on my teeth
