My previous review was for the business formerly as Northridge Dental with Dr. Shawn Matian who still has a business in Encino called Bio Dental. Northridge Dental then went under new ownership and is now Lavo Dental. I later found out that Dr. Matian's office carried out a claim that I received Invisalign which I never did. Fast forward months later and Dr. Matian's office were still billing my insurance for follow up visits after "receiving Invisalign". Absolutely love this office... my sister told me about them & I will definitely be back. Everyone is so nice and the office is very clean.. they were so professional and so gentle with me. Overall a really pleasant experience and I will be recommending to everyone and my whole family. Thank you guys so much for all that you are doing.. felt so good leaving here.
For me to find this office was a true blessing! I have avoided the dentist office for many years due to a very strong gag reflex. I recently experienced two teeth causing me severe pain, one on each side of my mouth, to the point of preventing me from chewing food. This happened over the Labor Day weekend, but still had me calling around to try and get some emergency help. I called half a dozen offices, and Dr. Noveir was the only one that got back to me. Office is very modern and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Noveir showed me pictures of my teeth and explained everything to me clearly, not to mention he was super gentle when working on my teeth

I just visited Lavo Dental since they took over. The dentist was so gentle, he checked in to make sure I was doing ok, and was very positive as he explained what was going on with my teeth and discomfort. They had a cool little camera to show me what was going on inside my mouth, really helped give me a visual as he explained preventative care. I'm really pleased with this new ownership and my experience today. I highly recommend trying them out yourself!
This office is amazing! I have the biggest fear of the dentist and Dr Matian and the staff are simply exquisite! First root canal ever today and it was a breeze, had my crown made in location as well. Dr Matian was patient and gentle . Process was great and painless!
