I was having problems with Anjanette handling my questions regarding booking issues with my account. Anjanette contacted me and immediately became very attentive to my concerns. After a brief conversation it was determined that my issues were in a area that Anjanette was not responsible . I have always had good experiences with Anjanette and will rate her a 4 only because I feel that she is not assertive enough in getting her points across to others

I found Anjanette to be very dishonest and unprofessional. She on a couple of occasions lied to me on activity on my trust accounts. The last one she stated that that a $7500.00 charge was made on my account in error but it corrected when it wasn't . When I brought this to her attention she gave me a account number that it had been credited to. I told her that it was a closed account. Had a wonderful first conversation/consultation with Michael. I was told after our conversation that a representative, ambassador named Jessica, would be contacting me…. That never happened. Whilst I appreciate his honesty and non-officious nature when speaking to me, I must say that I’m sorely disappointed in this firm.
