Worst experience ever! I was hit by a drinking driver and me and my 13 year old daughter were hurt and I’m still hurt. My car was totalled and a year and a half later they settled leaving them with more than I’m receiving. I can’t even replace my car and I’m left with lower back pain constantly. Went to their doctors which left me with no relief from pain. I’m fucked all around with no fault of my own! Would have done better working with insurance company on my own! They got paid for NOTHING!

Recommendedvery professional and handled everything I just mentioned their name to the insurance company that I was dealing with and having issues with my claim and within the next day I was paid for the damages to my vehicle and they weren't even handling that aspect of the case
It would be a better experience if they could have given me the max amount without them saying i would have to go to court.it was nothing the lawyer did or anybody here just got a really low settlement when i was pregnant in this wreck.
Horrible experience with this firm . Lack of communication. I am the one that always have to do all the calling I was treated with scant courtesy maybe because my case was not bringing the firm a hefty amount . All the things they advertise I’m yet to receive them . I will never recommend anyone to this firm PERIOD!!!
If I could rate lower than a star, I would. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the Duluth office of Gary Martin and Hays. They aren't professional and they do NOT care. By this I mean that they do NOT sympathize with you or the hardship(s) you're going through or enduring. They are so automated in what they say to try to come across as sympathetic. EPIC FAIL. I am currently 13 months into a lawsuit with Attorney Cheves handling my case. From the beginning there has been a severe deficit concerning communication. Neither he nor his assistant, Violet, kept me informed. I call and email and it sometimes takes more than a week for them to get back to me. I’m being low-balled on my offer and I don’t feel, now or prior, that I am a valued client. I don’t feel like honest effort is being made to get me the best possible offer. I absolutely would NOT recommend this firm.
