If I could rate lower than a star, I would. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the Duluth office of Gary Martin and Hays. They aren't professional and they do NOT care. By this I mean that they do NOT sympathize with you or the hardship(s) you're going through or enduring. They are so automated in what they say to try to come across as sympathetic. EPIC FAIL. I am currently 13 months into a lawsuit with Attorney Cheves handling my case. From the beginning there has been a severe deficit concerning communication. Neither he nor his assistant, Violet, kept me informed. I call and email and it sometimes takes more than a week for them to get back to me. I’m being low-balled on my offer and I don’t feel, now or prior, that I am a valued client. I don’t feel like honest effort is being made to get me the best possible offer. I absolutely would NOT recommend this firm.
Gary Martin Hays & Attorney Sarah Jett are Crooks! They had my case since June of 2017 and when I went to them I was already treating so I didn't need their assistance there. I instructed their case manager Otis Brown on how my case should be handled and it followed course. I expressed dissatisfaction with the way my case was being handled and threatened to end the relationship due to their inaction on my case. Attorney Cheves is poor with communication. He never updates you on your case, you must continuously call the office for information. His staff make a thousand excuses for him. One day I called and was told he was on a phone call, I mentioned I would wait on hold. Then someone else comes to the phone and tells me he’s at lunch all in a matter of 2 minutes. You come on this website for a review then let me tell you a honest review of this law firm.They are not worth two cents in my book.Very unprofessional and really does not care for their clients as they say they do.They let the insurance companies do as they pleased.My case went on for almost two years, and I didn't get no further than the first year. Our case has been on going for almost 2 yrs....talked to our lawyer about 6 mos ago after not hearing from them for about 3 mos...now here it is now 6 mos after that and still no word after thay promised that thay would keep in touch every couple weeks. Tired of getting the run around with them...I WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO TAKE ANY CASE. VERY unprofessional in my opinion.
