I can't be more pleased and great full for the help of Mrs. Misty Gamino for helping me fight and over all winning my case against paternity fraud. I signed everything at the hospital with out doing a paternity test only to find out that I'm not the father of a five year little girl. In the midst of chaos, there was Lydia Karjaka from the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving. My wife had an injunction against me seeing my son and daughter. Lydia very quickly was able to have the injunction terminated and I was able to re-establish contact with my children. I now also have a decent working relationship with my ex-wife. I can't thank Lydia enough for her calm demeanor and professionalism during this most trying time. Lydia is truly a superb attorney fighting for father's rights!

My wife and I separated nearly 2 years ago. When it came time to finally call it quits for good, I enlisted the help of Lydia Karjaka from the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, to work out joint custody with my wife for our adopted son. I wasn't sure what to expect from this process but when I met Lydia, all of my concerns and uneasiness disappeared.
