God, but could improve. Pros: The ease of use and the setup for different intake case types. Cons: The setup and the choppiness of the automation. Overall: It has been OK. I wish more developments deal with automation instead of attempting to add a complete case management system.

Best Legal CRM. Best user interface of any software used by the firm. Pros: The product is very easy to use and can be easily customized to meet the firm's changing needs. Customer support is the best in the business. Cons: I would like to have a way to store, edit and send standard responses that we send via text. Overall: Our process of interviewing potential clients would be unmanageable without Law Ruler. Managing our call volume and analyzing lead volume and quality would be impossible without Law Ruler.

Easy to use and reliable case management Pros: Lawruler's built in dialer has continued to improve over the years allowing us to sign more clients for less money. Cons: The system operates slow, too frequently. Overall: Very good. [sensitive content hidden] is a pleasure to work with.

Law Ruler helps us keep track of everything! Pros: I love that I can keep all records related to a client in one place. It is simple and easy to track where in our process a case lives and to create follow ups that make sense for us. Our dedicated Law Ruler resource, Hillel Charm, is great at helping our team work through business cases and how to use Law Ruler to effectively solve for these. A Very Satisfied Customer Pros: The best part about the software has been working with out account manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. He has been very helpful in explaining how the system works, he is always available for questions, and he's very generous with his time. Great For My Practice Pros: My team really loves the software. The workflows are exactly what I was looking to create, and the document automation is super simple to use. Cons: I don't really love all the tabs on my browser that this creates, but that's a personal thing. It does make it easier to navigate back to the main screen by just closing tabs.
