Great foods
The lbv steakhouse is a great place if your looking for an experience. We went during the week so there was not many people there , so it was quiet and you could hear the light jazz playing. The host met us at the door after a minute and knew our reservation, it was my boyfriend and I first time. We were sat in a clean booth and met with a waitress in a few minutes , she was kind. My filet with bone in was not worth $60! It wasn't any better than regular filets at Longhorn. The waiter claimed it would be a lot better but did not tell us the price. I was going to order the regular filet. Also the baked potato was not worth $6! or any vegetable for that price. It was our 27th anniversary dinner so we expected to spend more. Not that much! The Cosmopolitan was great---even the price! Pretty surroundings.
Everything was perfect from the vibe of the restaurant, our server Katie, appetizers, wine, entrees and dessert.
The server was great. We walked in and they had no record of our reservation not that it mattered because it was not crowded. My and my boyfriend's lobster was overcooked. The dipping butter set up was nice though. My steak was supposed to be medium but was too seared on top not tasty and a bit untenderized.
