My filet with bone in was not worth $60! It wasn't any better than regular filets at Longhorn. The waiter claimed it would be a lot better but did not tell us the price. I was going to order the regular filet. Also the baked potato was not worth $6! or any vegetable for that price. It was our 27th anniversary dinner so we expected to spend more. Not that much! The Cosmopolitan was great---even the price! Pretty surroundings.

The server was great. We walked in and they had no record of our reservation not that it mattered because it was not crowded. My and my boyfriend's lobster was overcooked. The dipping butter set up was nice though. My steak was supposed to be medium but was too seared on top not tasty and a bit untenderized. My bf steak albeit the same tasted completely different than mine. The scallops appetizer and the bread was the saving grace not to give it a lower rating. We always enjoy our meal at LBV. There 2 things that could make it better. Don't make us have to walk through smoking to get to it. Have it's own restroom, or a way to get to the restroom without having to walk through the smoke.

Everyone was fantastic. Seating was prompt. Our waitress, Rachel was fantastic. And the food was wonderful. LBV Steakhouse is a well oiled machine. I would recommend it to everyone. Management should be very happy with the staff.

service was great, the food so so, with the exception of the lobster bisque and the shrimp cocktail which were both fantastic. dinner for two, with cocktails, and a moderately priced bottle of wine came with tip to 200.00 and some change so if not being comped beware of this.

Nice place with good service. The traffic was terrible getting there and we were a few minutes late, but they held our reservation! My steak was a nice cut, but very pepper-y. Asparagus was so small but mashed potatoes were good!
