Double check your printer number and what cartridge it requires. This came up when I searched for my print as the number one recommended choice- only it was the WRONG ONE! Just an error.
Sold me a defective ink cartridge changed the black cartridge this morning and it printed a bad test page and suggested cleaning the cartridges and then they went from completely full to 1/4 left till empty. I need a replacement!
Cartridge prints very light Very disappointed with this product. It prints very light like there's not enough ink in the cartridge. I've compared this product with the same product purchased from Staples and there's a marked difference in the quality of the printing. I'm considering returning it.

Original own cartridge saves you money and time. Buy original cartridges. That’s my opinion. If you are a high use document printer look elsewhere.
Are these bootleg? Neither of the two cartridges worked. I have replaced these types many times over the past few years and never had a problem. 12502 63604 ID'd the package. They were Brother mfg. products. I am not a happy camper.
Wrong order This was my fault, I ordered the wrong ink. I Didn't know if I could return it or not.
Brother ink Disappointed with the product. Ink doesn't last and will not buy again.
