Cartridge died second day Received 2 Genuine Brother Black Cartridges per order. Installed 1 on my Genuine Brother Printer, it worked for 1 day. Day 2, no black ink. The printer says its full. Repeated cleanings and test page give no black ink. I called Amazon and talked to Roland, I wanted to install the second cartridge and sent the bad one back for a replacement. Genuine? Cartridge lasted less than a week! Ink cartridge didnt last very long Are these genuine?
Low ink warning with supposedly new cartridge. This is the second time we ordered black ink cartridges and after printing 1 page we then get the cartridge is low on ink warning. Thought it was a fluke and after a couple more pages printed the printer would say out of ink.
Came with No Boxes Both cartridges came with no boxes, and hence no expiration date. I will return them.
Poor quality Black cartridge leaked
Make sure will fit your printer These cartridges did not fit into my printer although they were supposed to. I bought 3 packs and never checked until the return period had passed. An expensive mistake!
Is it really Genuine Brother This is the second time the Black ink did not work - I am concerned that either the black ink cartridges are bad or my printer (older) is now dying. I HOPE it's the printer and not a corrupt vendor!
One Star two of the three i purchased did not work in my Brother printer
Wrong ink in package that ruined the printer I ordered two two-packs of this ink. Although the boxes all said they contained LC103 ink cartridges, they were, in fact LC203. I did not notice the difference and tried to install them in my printer. After three cartridges would not install, I realized the problem. I had waited a LONG time to receive these.
