I always buy an extra ink cartridge. Today I ... I always buy an extra ink cartridge. Today I am going to use it , My printer said buy original cartridrge. I bought it through Amazon. I should get refunded on this. I cannot use it . I tried re- setting 10x and still it does not want to work.
I would not buy this again. This product could not be used past a certain date because the printer produced an error message. I had to replace this ink with ink that came with the printer. I did not get my money's worth.
It doesn't last long at all. I have to purchase this product too often.
Very disappointed with Brother on this one Says it's compatible with J480DW but the printer says it does not detect the cartridge. We bought our J480DW overseas so I suspect it may have something to do with the region. Just a scam to force people in different markets to buy more expensive Brother cartridges. Very disappointed with Brother on this one.
Bought two, one worked, one did not. bought 2 of these. No problem with first one. The second one looks fine, but the printer doesn't recognize it as being full of ink (which it obviously is). Disappointing, have never had this happen.

Did not work! Had to open another brand new cartridge! I am disappointed. I bought multiple cartridges and I opened a new one to refill our printer and it did not work! What a waste...
