The color run out to fast. The color looked ... The color run out to fast. The color looked more gray than black. I wanted to send it back, but gray ink was betty then no ink.
worst company ever worst company ever. doesn't allow you to print in grayscale, doesn't allow you to print black without buying the other colors. terrible company.
BAD PRODUCT BEING SOLD I just opened the second black cartridge and my printer does not respond. My printer states that this is not a Brothers product!!! How is that possible? Are these seconds? Ridiculous .
One Star Not compatible with J480DW, although the package clearly says it is. Probably only good for printers bought in US, since Brother support rejected to help me when they discovered it wasn't bought there.

Doesn't print Even though this should fit my printer it won't print. This is a piece of junk. Why would you even sell this to people knowing that it don't fit the printers in the description. I didn't test it when I got it. I just installed it and when I needed to print something is when I found out that it wouldn't print. And now it's to late for me to return it. Don't waste your money!!!
I bought the printer it is wireless and nice but I have not printed really any color but ... It get better because when ONE COLOR runs out the entire printer does not work...even when its just black. it is annoying!
