Communication is a very important part of the home buying process. Kevin was very on purpose with communication which made the experience easy. He answered questions we had in a timely manner and was very professional and courteous.
Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional.
It was easy. Sometimes it seemed unsettling as it was like a doctor visit of 'no news is good news'. It would be nice to know a little more relay of message 'we are watching and nothing has come up' just for reassurance. But since there is no news you just have to assume nothing is going to pop up. A lot of people don't like to make assumptions. On the other hand there was no problems or surprises. Easiest re-fi ever!
I like the way they process my application and it is accessible online.
