He made the process easier by answering all my questions. Each time I called or emailed he was right there with a response.
Strong team and good customer service.
There were communication gaps that we were not really pleased with. Issue1 - After being told all documents were signed, we received a document right before COB requesting immediate signature. This should have warranted a phone call. Issue 2 - Our final loan paperwork was incorrect and needed a last minute correction to fix an escrow error made by the organization. Issue 3 - We requested to buy down the interest rate and we’re given some pricing, but company never followed through.
First time home buyer here and Leader One made the process quick and easy! 10/10
