There were communication gaps that we were not really pleased with. Issue1 - After being told all documents were signed, we received a document right before COB requesting immediate signature. This should have warranted a phone call. Issue 2 - Our final loan paperwork was incorrect and needed a last minute correction to fix an escrow error made by the organization. Issue 3 - We requested to buy down the interest rate and we’re given some pricing, but company never followed through.
