Jesse was great from the start. He was available to speak and never made it seem like he was too busy. As first time home buyers we had a lot of random questions, he did his best to find those answers quickly if he did not already know them. He instilled confidence. He seemed to care and trust us! The refinance was done professionally and expediently. Most was done digitally, with final in-person signing. Staff were responsive to questions, etc. Really worked with staff and not Kevin, so there should have been an NA response available.
