Despite the restrictions of the new covid environment the roller mortgage team was able effectively get our new mortgage handled.
Kevin Roller and his team were very helpful in helping me think through whether refinancing was going to benefit me. Once we decided to move forward the communication and process took very little effort. The team was keeping me informed along the way. Sharing information was easy. They worked easily with my preferred title company. I was able to electronically sign a number of documents ahead of time which was a bonus. This is a great team and I recommend them highly.
I really appreciated that Kevin and his team were there to answer all my questions. I am a first time home buyer and did not know what to expect during this experience. Every time I was unsure the team was there to help me understand my options. They were all wonderful to work with!
