It was a good experience. The best part of all there were zero problems at closing.
They needed things I’ve never had to provide for a lender before, but got me closed in 9 days. Every one I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional.
Kevin and the LeaderOne team are wonderful. They were kind and helpful, and they got the job done. Thanks to Kevin, we bought a house a few years ago! (that was a first for me) This year, they helped us refinance; the equity made it possible to pay off some debt and make some home improvements. I'm very grateful for Kevin and LeaderOne!
Overall, they made it a simple process. The majority of documents were electronic that we could read on our own time at home which saved a lot of time. On the other hand.. Our agent, Megan, made several mistakes on documents that we luckily caught before signing. She clearly did not pay attention to what she was typing. So other than having to triple check all of our documents because she constantly got them wrong, it was an easy process and everyone was friendly.
