On the whole our experience was okay this time around. I did not appreciate the fiasco with our closing date at the last minute. Waking up at 4:30 to sign closing papers separately from my husband was not an experience I wish to repeat. On the other hand we’ve had great experiences with LeaderOne in the past, so I am still optimistic about continuing to develop our real estate portfolio with this lender.
They are great. Super fast closing, great communication amongst us and eachother and knowledgeable about whats needed. We originally went to a different place which was a horrid experience and LeaderOne really saved us and made a quick closing.
