Very good experience. Kevin and Megan we very professional and very helpful. Only issue we had was with Cindy McBride as it took three times to get the deed form correct with my wife's name, which was the most important document we had to sign. It was frustrating when we at closing and funding had to be completed. I had notified her the week before that her name was wrong on on the Closing Disclosure.Document. Megan went above and beyond to try and get it corrected as quickly as possible.
We love working with leader one they are all very nice and work hard to get you what your wanting we had an issue with the appraisal but in time it was all worked out thanks for all your patience
Kevin was excellent in addressing all our questions. This was our first home purchase and he and his office helped the process be as smooth as possible. He made himself very accessible and never made us feel like we were a nuisance, even with as many calls as we had to answer questions as the came up during the process. He was able to explain things in a way that even my wife, who gets extremely anxious discussing anything regarding finances, was able to understand and not get overwhelmed.
Love how you guys are like a family ! Would never use anyone else ! I will tell anyone looking to buy a home to contact you guys before going anywhere else!
LeaderOne Financial was amazing! At first I was going to go with a different company--a national bank, but I'm so glad I switched.
